Transform Your Space with Wardrobe Closet

Multi-colored clothes are hanging, jeans lying folded on the bottom, your multiple pair of shoes resting at the footboard, your necklaces hanging on the inside of the door. Sounds familiar? That’s the image of the dream wardrobe of every lady out there. We all do keep our shirts hanged and our jeans folded in our ordinary closets, but secretly we all dream of having a wardrobe closet according to our type.

However, you don’t need to worry now because we are here to tell you how to transform a space in your hands with a wardrobe closet.

Plan your wardrobe

First things first, plan out everything about your wardrobe closet. Look at your space correctly. Is it big enough to be created into a walk-in closet, or will it make a better small wardrobe?

After you have decided the type of cabinet, you will transform the space into, select the color scheme. Do you want to paint it a specific color or paste some wallpaper? Measure the size of shelves you will need and calculate the number of racks you want.

Also, write down everything else you will require: the tools, the equipment, the shelves and hooks, and other such items. If you want to attach a mirror in one part of your wardrobe closet or any other accessory, note that too so you don’t forget anything. Don’t forget to select the type of door you will install in your wardrobe.

If your wardrobe is a walk-in one, you can choose the tiles too. You can go for glossy tiles or wooden floorboards according to your aesthetic.

Furthermore, you can add a few lightbulbs to light up the inside of your wardrobe for a better aesthetic and view.

Set it up

After you have thoroughly planned your space and your wardrobe ideas are clear in your mind, get to work.

Buy the items you want: the paints or the wallpaper, tools, accessories, shelves, and everything else you have listed down. When you have your supplies, set it up! Paint the walls, paste the wallpaper, drill in your shelves.

When the basics are done, come to the luxurious add-ons. If your wardrobe is large enough, add a carpet to it. On some of the shelves, put up some decorations. Paste-up posters and paintings on the walls of your wardrobe, and hang up all your dresses, set your shoes. Attach some hooks and hang your necklaces. Play around with it all you want!

The fun in it all

The general point is, do anything you want. Trust us; transforming your space into a wardrobe is the most fun thing you will get to do. We know it sounds a little challenging and will require a lot of effort and work, but the process and then the result will all make up for it as you are making your wardrobe according to what you want. There is no limit to what you can do, and there is no one to stop you. It is your space, and you are the architect of your closet!
